Purpose and legal basis for processing

In addition, your personal data is processed as described below for Google Analytics and the social media plug-ins. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.
Only PPURA employees responsible for the technical administration, maintenance and further development of the website have access to your personal data.
Should you contact PPURA, employees responsible for the processing of the respective transaction also have access to your personal data.
In addition, PPURA employs external IT service companies for the maintenance of its IT systems, which may have access to your personal data within the scope of their activities. The same applies to the hosting provider. In addition, bank employees who manage your and our accounts and employees of Google and the social media plug-in operators may access your personal information as described below. We expressly point out that the manner of data processing by Google and the providers of social plug-ins is outside the area of responsibility of PPURA.
No personal data is transferred to any third country outside the EU by PPURA except as described below in connection with Google Analytics and the social plug-ins. Any other transmission only takes place when PPURA is legally or officially obliged to do so or when the transmission is necessary within the scope of your use of the website.
How long is your personal data stored?
PPURA retains your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the information is collected, including compliance with all legal accounting and reporting requirements.

- receive a copy of your personal data,
- correction, deletion or limitation of the processing, including the right to rectify incomplete or inaccurate data by means of supplementary communication,
- right to object to the processing.
- You may receive the data you provided in a structured, common and machine-readable format and transfer it to another data controller, provided you have given your consent to the processing or the processing is based on a contract.
You also have the right to appeal to a supervisory authority in connection with the processing of your personal data.
Why is your personal data collected
PPURA requires your personal data to enable usage of the website. You have the option to refrain from providing your personal data or to provide PPURA with partial information. However, this may result in PPURA not being able to facilitate your use of the website, or not able to do so in full.
Automated decision making and profile building
Your personal data are not used by PPURA for automated decision making. Similarly, PPURA does not create profiles from your personal data. PPURA points out that it does not use any identification software itself and that biometric data is not evaluated. PPURA would also like to point out that the use of such software by a social network is not completely excluded. The evaluation of your usage behaviour is effected using Google Analytics and Facebook Custom Audiences.
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator. An encrypted connection can be identified by the address line of the browser changing from ‘http://’ to ‘https://’ and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
When the SSL or TLS encryption is activated, it is not possible for third parties to read the data you transmit to us.
